Chain Control Support Arrives for the Western U.S.

Just pushed version 2.1.0 with our most-requested winter feature - live chain requirement tracking for the Western United States. No more guessing if you need chains for your mountain drive.

Chain control is now supported across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Wyoming, and Colorado. We pull data directly from state DOTs to show you exactly where chains are required along your route.

Pretty straightforward - plan your route, and chain zones show up right on the map. You'll get information on chain or winter tire requirements, plus alternate route suggestions when available. No more chain surprises at checkpoints.

The update is available now on iOS for iPhones, iPads and available on CarPlay. Chain controls are included free for all users.
